Project description: control System Mitsubishi FA PLC & SCADA System
Supply, design, testing and commissioning of Facility Management System (FMS) for a District Cooling System, the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) System ensures smooth network communication between Central Plants and Energy Transfer Stations (located at the user buildings) via TCP/IP protocol over fiber optics. We also provide peer-to-peer flat communication architecture to enhance system response and reliability
Three District Cooling Plants, built by PDC, are construction complete and have been operating on the development since early 2008. All 297 buildings are connected through a distribution network of approximately 60kms, all connected to the evenly distributed Plant Rooms each having a capacity of 34,000TR. Further expansion is planned for the development which will interconnect to the existing system and these works are currently estimated to commence before the end of 2010.
